2020 disABILITIES Expo Canceled
Dear Vendors,
It is with heavy hearts that AWS Foundation has decided to cancel the 2020 disABILITIES Expo. The CDC made the recommendation over the weekend to cancel any event over 50 people in the next eight weeks, and the Expo falls into that time period. Those who attend the Expo are some of the most vulnerable to the virus, and everyone’s health and safety is our priority, as well as our civic responsibility to limit the spread of COVID-19. As the Coliseum has many requests to reschedule, we just could not make rescheduling work.
Anyone who has already registered has two options:
- You may request a refund by sending an email to Andie Mosley at amosley@awsfoundation.org. Please understand that this may take a few weeks, but that the foundation staff will work diligently to get these processed ASAP. We understand that at this time especially, money can be a huge concern and any little bit helps.
- Do not request a refund and consider this year’s registration and payment your registration for next year. We will keep a log of anyone who has their registration roll over and be sure to remind you when registration opens for next year so that you do not duplicate that registration.
If you do not request a refund, you will not receive a refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we waited until it was necessary to cancel. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Stay safe and well,
AWS Foundation
