You will receive an information bag at check-in that includes two parking passes, two exhibitor badges, an Expo program, and a survey. Individual booth numbers are not available at this time.
If you would like to request additional parking passes for your booth volunteers, please email Vicki Johnson at AWS Foundation.
Booth Set Up
Booth set up begins Friday, May 11, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 PM. Check-in and unloading is available only through Coliseum doors 3 and 4, which are located on the Parnell Street side of the building. You may drive your vehicle directly inside the Coliseum for easy unloading. Due to liability restrictions, however, Expo volunteers cannot assist with loading or unloading.
Handcarts will be available. Doors close promptly at 5:00 PM on Friday. If your set up is relatively simple, you may set up on Saturday, May 12 from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM using the main entrance into the Coliseum. If you arrive at 9:00 AM or later, you will be charged the $5 parking fee.
Booths must be completely set up and staffed no later than 9:45 AM on Saturday. NOTE: Let us know if you will be setting up Saturday morning, in which case we will mail parking passes to you.
Booth Respite During the Expo
If you are the only person working your booth and you would like to take a short restroom or snack break, we will provide a volunteer to temporarily staff your booth. Please let us know when you check-in if you will need that service at some point during the Expo.
Booth Tear Down
The Expo closes at 3:00 PM at which time you can take down your booth. You must vacate the Coliseum by 4:00 PM Saturday night. Exhibitors will be fined $50 if leaving before 3:00 PM.
Wireless internet access is complimentary up to 1.5 megabytes per device. If you require more bandwidth, tiered bandwidth services are available: 5 megabytes for $100; 10 megabytes for $200; 20 megabytes for $300 either wired or wireless. You may order these services using this Exhibitor Services Form.
Coliseum Concessions will be open all day. No food or beverages may be brought into the Coliseum once the show has opened to the public. We will have a break room with beverages and healthy snacks available throughout the day.
The use or distribution of helium and latex balloons is strictly prohibited inside the Coliseum. If you have any questions in the meantime, please call 260.207.5728 or email Vicki Johnson at AWS Foundation. Your participation in this event makes it possible for individuals with disabilities, their families and caregivers to find the products and services they need in one place. Thank you.
